The medium nib tends to be quite wet, which is great for bold, expressive writing. However, if you prefer finer lines, it might take a little getting used to, as the wet flow can occasionally lead to some smudging, especially on thinner paper. That said, it enhances the overall writing experience, especially for people who enjoy a wetter, bolder ink flow.
